Another of the Basic Macrame Knots is the reverse Lark’s head knot How to tie a Reverse Lark’s Head knot (aka Cow Hitch knot) 1. Fold cord in half and place folded end upwards behind the back of your dowel or ring. 2. Bring loop over the top of the dowel or ring and thread the trailing ends through the loop. 3.
